Medicare

Clients may access Medicare rebates by providing a general practitioner or specialist referral together with a Mental Healt Care Plan dated within the last 12 months.

Referrals enable clients to access rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

NDIS Referrals

We support clients under the National Disability Insurance Scheme self-managed plans.
Clients have to provide a current NDIS plan and number, for invoicing purposes.

Workcover

To access these services, we will require a referral from your General Practitioner detailing your injury and your WorkCover claim number and date of injury. We will also ask you to advise us of your allocated insurer for invoicing purposes.

DVA

To access Department of Veterans Affairs funded services, clients need a referral from their General Practitioner and their DVA white and gold cards.
DVA referrals are valid for a cycle of 12 appointments. GPs or specialists can refer for another cycle. There is no maximum number of sessions per calendar year or lifetime referrals.

TAC

To access Traffic Accident Commission Victoria (TAC) funded services, clients should provide a General Practitioner referral detailing the injury and a TAC claim number.
TAC regularly requires treatment progress reports to determine the number of sessions and approvals.
